Comment
Currently Type has many methods that make API calls to get the results. This is fine for convenience, but very slow because of IPC overhead. Some examples: (getSymbol, getAliasSymbol, getAliasTypeArguments)
Ideally all Type methods should have Checker equivalents that allow us to run them batched. Without these we are stuck making one request for each method call resulting in very many IPC calls and their associated performance overhead,
