TypeScript cannot narrow down an `Uppercase` or `Lowercase` type after explicitly comparing against specific values.

### 🙂 Expected behavior

TypeScript should accept the code above as `"BE" | "LU" | "NL"` is strictly a sub-type of `Uppercase`.
