No errors, because the only differences between the two is the name on the rest parameter in the tuple, nothing structurally is different.

Usa el TypeScript Playground enlazado y la reproducción con BadDocNode1/BadDocNode2 como punto de partida; investiga la comprobación de alias de tipo circulares para parámetros rest con nombre de tuplas.
