Should ignore the parameter tagged with NoInfer and infer correctly.
Additional information about the issue
Is this intended behavior? feels like a bug to me.
If the callback parameter is destructured partially it infers unknown, but it works if the parameter is omitted.
I tried NoInfer at various locations.

Inizia dalla riproduzione collegata in TypeScript Playground e confronta le due forme del callback Foo. Indaga sul motivo per cui la destrutturazione parziale del parametro contrassegnato con NoInfer produce Foo<string, unknown>, mentre ometterlo inferisce il risultato atteso. Il lavoro è completato quando il primo esempio inferisce Foo<string, { name: string; x: number }> senza causare regressioni nel secondo esempio.
