🙁 Actual behavior
infers unknown.
🙂 Expected behavior
Should ignore the parameter tagged with NoInfer and infer correctly.
Additional information about the issue
Is this intended behavior? feels like a bug to me.
If the callback parameter is destructured partially it infers unknown, but it works if the parameter is omitted.
I tried NoInfer at various locations.

Investigate why partially destructuring the NoInfer-tagged parameter produces Foo<string, unknown> while omitting it infers the expected result. Done means the first example infers Foo<string, { name: string; x: number }> without regressing the second example.
