Can't extend mixin constructor that constructs a generic type

This applies regardless of whether or not I intersect it with some bogus type, or have a reasonable constraint. So none of the following works.

Returning a plain T

export type Constructor<T> = new (...args: any[]) => T

    timestamp: Date;

Inizia riproducendo i quattro esempi generici di costruttori e mixin presenti nell’issue e analizzando gli errori di controllo dei tipi risultanti. Segui la gestione da parte del compilatore delle firme dei costruttori generici e delle espressioni di classe; il lavoro è completato quando il modello previsto di costruttore generico per mixin viene accettato con il tipo restituito indicato, senza indebolire i controlli non correlati.
