Description

bug

After loading agent inventory and running the compliance scan once, the risk levels are correctly populated. Once new compliance thresholds are created or existing ones modified and the compliance scan is run again the existing cases risk levels are set to null. This can be remediated by running the compliance scan for a third time which will correctly populate the risk level for existing cases.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load the agent inventory
  2. Run the compliance scan once
  3. Cases will correctly display risk levels
  4. modify a threshold or add a new threshold
  5. Re-run the compliance scan
  6. Risk levels for existing cases are blank, null
  7. Re-run the compliance scan
  8. The risk levels for existing cases correctly display the highest risk level for the compliance threshold that they breach.

I have been unable to identify a root cause, but have identified if the compliance scan is run again it can act as a workaround. Happy to make myself available to the team to collect further details.
