Description

Currently the extraction regex does not take into account raw strings like Localized(#"this is a raw string"#, #"another raw string"#).

I believe there's also an issue with triple quotes:

Localized(
  "test",
  """
  this is a comment
  """
)

Research direction

Start by locating the extraction regex and checking how it handles ordinary strings. Reproduce the raw-string and triple-quoted examples, then run the relevant test suite. Done means both forms are recognized correctly without breaking existing Localized(...) extraction.
