Add `uv build` to the example command lines in the documentation

I just discovered that uv gained a `build` command and it is much faster than either pip or pypa/build. I think we should add this options to the examples in the documentation.

Locate the documentation sections containing example command lines for building packages and review how pip or pypa/build is currently presented. Add the `uv build` option consistently, then verify that the examples are accurate and formatted like the surrounding documentation.
