Add the method to subtract Matrix from another Matrix

Matrix Matrix::operator -(Matrix rhs) const

}
- Check rules (what has to be kept in place)? I think the add subtract check needs to be implemented first, no? (#1)
- maybe check dimensions?
- check of out of bounds?
- Inner matrix maybe?
