Description

I had voted for FCP of an MSC (by way of calling it), and the bot seemed to clear that vote after Travis had raised a concern on it (see edit history): https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals/pull/4027#issuecomment-1734153328

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked MSC proposal pull request and its edit history, especially the concern comment, to reconstruct when the FCP vote was cleared. Then locate the bot's vote-handling path and reproduce the sequence; done means a concern no longer unexpectedly removes an existing FCP vote.
