Need jupyter-matplotlib 0.11 but can't upgrade

Dieses Issue hat noch niemand übernommen.

## Describe the issue
When trying to plot something with %matplotlib widget I get the following error:

However `python -m jupyter labextension update jupyter-matplotlib` returns `Extension 'jupyter-matplotlib' already up to date`. And `python -m jupyter labextension uninstall jupyter-matplotlib` returns `JupyterLab cannot uninstall jupyter-matplotlib since it was installed outside of JupyterLab. Use the same method used to install this extension to uninstall this extension.`. Seems like some pip module is stopping me from modifying jupyter-matplotlib, but I can't see which. I've tried uninstalling and installing ipympl but no difference

Reproduziere zunächst `%matplotlib widget` mit den gemeldeten Python- und Jupyter-Versionen und untersuche dann die Ausgabe von `jupyter labextension list` sowie die im Bericht angegebenen Labextension-Pfade des Benutzerkontos und der virtuellen Umgebung. Ermittle, warum sich die registrierte Version von jupyter-matplotlib von der installierten ipympl-Version unterscheidet; als erledigt gilt die Untersuchung, wenn die Extension nach dem im Bericht beschriebenen Installations- oder Upgrade-Workflow ohne den Fehler MPLCanvasModel geladen wird.
