Research direction

Start by reviewing the DeviceDetectorCache plugin's logging path and how Matomo handles logs directed to stdout in Docker or Kubernetes. Reproduce the issue with stdout logging enabled and identify what fails. Done means establishing whether stdout logging can be supported and documenting or implementing the supported behavior.
