[TabLayout] Text size problems mainly in samsung devices

Description: I'm noticing problems mainly on Samsung devices where the text set to tab is not being displayed correctly. When testing on other devices and in the emulator (pixels) the text is displayed correctly, but on some of the samsung devices I test, the text when displayed on the 2nd line is mostly cut off. This can be replicated by increasing the text size and screen size in the settings.

Expected behavior: The correct or intended behaviour would be the same as in pixels, where the text would be displayed correctly without being cut off.

Android API version: I haven't tested it below, but at least in the latest apis of Samsung's devices it happens (29 plus)

Material Library version: 1.12.0

Device:
All the devices had the latest updates available.

• SM-A525F/DS (API 34, One UI - 6.1)
• SM-G965F (API 29, One UI - 2.5)
• SM-F900F (API 31, One UI - 4.1.1)

Inizia riproducendo il problema di TabLayout con dimensioni del testo e dello schermo aumentate sui dispositivi Samsung o sui livelli API elencati, quindi confronta il risultato con gli emulatori Pixel. Il lavoro è completato quando il testo della scheda sulla seconda riga viene visualizzato interamente e corrisponde al comportamento Pixel previsto.
