Offline plugin: java.lang.IllegalStateException - Missing theme on OfflineActivity

Notes:
* I'm not quite sure how to reproduce it. I loaded a map on an Android 8 (and 12) emulator while not having an internet connection, and although the map appeared black, the app did not crash.

Start at the OfflineActivity entry point and inspect how its Android theme is configured when launched by the offline plugin. Try to reproduce the reported launch failure with the supplied Mapbox SDK and offline plugin versions; done means OfflineActivity starts without the reported AppCompat theme exception.
