Description
The CLI tool currently takes a JSON as parameter and attempts to deserialize it to verify that the data matches the data models. We should do the same with the request URLs and RouteOptions#fromUrl and RouteOptions#toUrl methods.

Research direction
Start in the services-cli directory and inspect how the CLI accepts JSON and deserializes it against the data models. Then trace RouteOptions#fromUrl and RouteOptions#toUrl; done means request URLs receive the same validation and round-tripping treatment as the existing JSON input.
