描述
Steps to reproduce
- Use the following vimrc:
set nocompatible
tnoremap <C-w>t <C-w>:tabnew<CR>
:terminal seq 1 10000000- Type
<C-w>t
Expected behavior: A new tab is opened
Actual behavior: Doesn't work most of the time
It only happens if there's :terminal window producing lots of output.
Only MacVim GUI mode has this issue.

- macOS version: 10.13.6
