Quicklook highlight isn't cleared for selected texts when followed by another quicklook

Steps to reproduce

1. Select multiple words and do quicklook.

2. Hover over a different word and invoke quicklook again.

3. And again.

Expected behaviour

The first quicklook highlight (ice cream) should clear when the second quicklook is invoked.

MacVim r182 (Vim 9.1.1887)

MacVim was downloaded from GitHub release and updated via Sparkle.

How was MacVim launched?

• by launching MacVim.app in macOS (by using the Dock, Spotlight, or the open command)
• by running mvim/gvim in the terminal

Issue has been tested with clean configuration

• by running mvim --clean (or gvim, supplied by MacVim distribution). You can also use the File → "New Clean Window" menu item within MacVim.
• by running vim --clean (in terminal, supplied by MacVim distribution)
• by running vim --clean (in terminal, other suppliers, e.g. /usr/bin/vim)

Start by reproducing the issue in MacVim.app with the described sequence of selected text and repeated quicklook invocations. Trace the quicklook and highlight handling in the MacVim source, then verify that invoking a later quicklook removes the earlier highlight while preserving the current one.
