macvim-snapshot-171 won't compile on macOS 11.2.3

Installation of the latest macvim via homebrew fails on make with the follow error:

首先在 macOS 11.2.3 上重现 make 失败，并检查 PSMTabBarControl/Media.xcassets 的 CompileAssetCatalog 命令。检查与 deployment-target 警告相关的 MacVim 和 QuickLookStephen 构建设置。macvim-snapshot-171 构建成功完成即表示完成。
