Description
Currently the CMD+, combination opens the preferences for MacVim
I could not find a way to remap this key but would like to use it to open my .vimrc file
I think it would be neat to have that as an option in the Preferences is this possible?

Research direction
Start by examining MacVim's Preferences UI and the handling of the CMD+, shortcut. Determine how configurable shortcuts and opening the .vimrc are currently represented, then define the preference behavior and verify that CMD+, can open the user's .vimrc without disrupting the existing preferences action.
