Can't install in Windows

Dieses Issue hat noch niemand übernommen.

I've already installed the node-gyp
then try to run npm install node-bluetooth --save
but I got this error.

Beginne damit, die Installation unter Windows 10 mit Node.js v12.13.0 und node-gyp v5.0.5 zu reproduzieren, wobei das gemeldete Skript `prebuild-install || node-gyp configure build` und der MSBuild-Fehler verwendet werden. Prüfe die Anforderungen für den nativen Build und die vollständige Ausgabe; als abgeschlossen gilt dies, wenn `npm install node-bluetooth --save` auf dem betroffenen Windows-Setup erfolgreich ist. In der Issue wird keine Datei und kein Test genannt.
