Description

I've just added aws-lambda-express to my spago.dhall and run spago build only to see:

% spago install
[error] The following packages do not exist in your package set:
[error] - aws-lambda-express

Perhaps it should be added here https://github.com/purescript/package-sets

Research direction

Start with the package declaration in spago.dhall and the linked purescript/package-sets repository. Run spago install or spago build to reproduce the missing-package error, then check the package-set contribution requirements. Done means aws-lambda-express is recognized by the package set and the reported command succeeds.
