Description

Based on the discussion in https://github.com/strongloop/loopback/issues/1226, it may be useful to provide an operation hook triggered when the operation failed. This will allow hooks to clean up any temporary changes made in a "before" hook.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked discussion in strongloop/loopback#1226, since the issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Trace how operation hooks are currently defined and failure paths are handled; done means a failed operation triggers a hook that can clean up changes made by a before hook.
