描述
Create guidelines for contributors, such as outlaid by [GitHub](https://help.github.com/articles/setting-guidelines-for-repository-contributors/). A very detailed example is available from the [Atom project](https://github.com/atom/atom/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md). A python based one that is related can be found from the [PlexPy app](https://github.com/drzoidberg33/plexpy/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).
