v1 API Gateway endpoints not getting printed out to the console

Start with the serverless.yml example and reproduce deployment to the local stage through LocalStack, comparing its output with the AWS deployment output. Trace the deployment output handling for API Gateway routes; done means the local deployment prints the GET and POST endpoint URLs corresponding to the configured routes.
