On Windows 11 the terminal proprt apears before the prints

It's a bit hard to explain the issue I'm facing so adding a print screen:

You can see that I get a prompt for the next command before the `awslocal` command has finished running.
This causes several issues when we have several inputs to enter one after another like the `configure` command of aws cli, in case I want to enter credentials.

You can see I got a prompt for the next command even though I'm supposed to be in the context of the first one.

I tried this on 2 different computers, both in CMD and Powershell.
Any ideas?
Is this a bug?

As a workaround, I added this to my Powershell Profile:

function awsl {
param(
[Parameter(ValueFromRemainingArguments = $true)]
[string[]]$Args
)
aws @Args --profile local --endpoint-url http://localhost:4566
}
```
So instead of `awslocal` I'm my custom `awsl` at the end of each `aws` command (not only endpoint but also my custom aws-local profile).

Start by reproducing the awslocal behavior on Windows 11 in both CMD and PowerShell, especially with the AWS CLI configure command. Compare it with the reported PowerShell awsl workaround and determine when the prompt appears relative to command completion. Done means awslocal waits for the command and interactive input to finish before returning the next prompt.
