Description
IIRC there was general agreement that we should introduce a 'reset' type just like the clock type. Further, that the 'reset' generator should govern the reset style (posedge/negedge, sync/async) to make it easier to apply changes to a reset domain.
We need to:
- Flesh out the details
- Implement it

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing clock type and the surrounding reset-related design to flesh out the proposed reset type and generator behavior. Define how reset style and domain changes should be represented, then implement the agreed design and verify that the reset generator governs posedge/negedge and sync/async styles.
