Description

Are these separate sub-projects?

If I would like to create ports, should circt be ported as a whole or should firtool, pycde, sifive be ported separately?

Research direction

Start with the repository README and review how firtool, pycde, and sifive are described or referenced there. Clarify whether they are separate sub-projects and document whether ports should package CIRCT as a whole or these components separately. Done means the README answers both questions directly.
