Description
Cache whether a array or struct contains an inout type, rather than computing it.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the composite RTL type definitions and the code that computes whether arrays or structs contain inout or non-RTL types; done means those results are cached without changing existing type behavior.
