Description

Currently following canonicalizations for HW arrays are missing
```
{a[n], a[n-1], a[n-2], ..., a[1], a[0]} => a[n:0]
a[n] | a[n-1] | ... | a[1] | a[0] => | (a[n:0]) where the element width is 1bit
a[n] & a[n-1] & ... & a[1] & a[0] => & (a[n:0]) where the element width is 1bit
```
