Description
Under certain conditions, and SV wire can be canonicalized to the operation that produced the Value written to the wire. In this case, it could be nice to use the wire's old `name` as a `sv.namehint` on the operation the wire canonicalizes to.

Research direction
Start by locating the SystemVerilog wire canonicalization logic and existing tests for canonicalized wires or sv.namehint handling. Trace how a wire's old name is available when it canonicalizes to the producing operation; done when that name is applied as the operation's sv.namehint under the stated conditions and covered by a test.
