Description
Once https://github.com/llvm/circt/pull/2506 is merged, it is better to replace MuxPrimOp with MultibitMuxOp and remove MuxPrimOp because they are redundant operations. At least, it is necessary to modify inferResets, inferWidths and FIREmitter.
