Description
I am seeing different numbers of errors between runs in a failing case of InferResets. Not reduced yet, appearing on an internal design.

Research direction
No file, test, or reproducible case is identified. Start by locating the InferResets entry point and obtaining the failing case from the internal design, then compare repeated runs to isolate the source of differing error counts. Done means the case is reproducible and InferResets reports a consistent result across runs.
