Finish implimentation files

There are three files in https://github.com/curmc/sentinet_cpp/tree/master/src/impl

These are our final three scripts (they will eventually be called in one, but for now, I'm seperating it. That's not that hard to do).

I spent about 5 minutes putting them together, but these are our final things. They need to be done. They build fine now. Haven't tested proxies or the likes.

Start by reviewing the three files in src/impl and the existing build output. Determine what remains unfinished in each implementation, then verify that the files work together and that proxy-related behavior is tested; the work is done when the implementations are complete beyond merely building.
