I am trying to get tag (with -v) information using pygit2 but unable to describe it which should be equivalent to below command:
git tag -v 798cf672923cd7b2285ad601228e62f7
Sample Output:
object d7fab628e2698d6d413c92c81fd0fdf096567a7a
type commit
tag 798cf672923cd7b2285ad601228e62f7
tagger ci <ci@internal.com> 1558951734 +0000
mod1_version=release-5.0.0.146; mod2_version=1.1.11.42-RELEASE; mod3_version=0.9.9.0 war_version=798cf672923cd7b2285ad601228e62f7;
Please help pointing to the document or sample.
Tried below, but it just return tag id
print(repo.describe(committish=self.tag_id, describe_strategy=pygit2.GIT_DESCRIBE_TAGS))
