Not a bug, but I cannot figure out how to achieve this using pygit2 / libgit. Does someone have clues about this ?
I tried to get information from this page http://www.pygit2.org/working-copy.html and I found https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2sharp/blob/master/LibGit2Sharp/Commands/Stage.cs and https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/issues/3632
