Description
Hi,
I searched everywhere and I didn't find the equivalent of git_remote_create_detached in pygit2... May I ask if it's not implemented (and, in this case, if there is a way to create a remote without a repo) or my eyes is messing with me ?
Thank you.

No file or test is named. Start by searching pygit2's remote API for git_remote_create_detached and compare it with libgit2 to determine whether the capability is exposed. Done when detached remote creation is supported or the supported limitation and alternative are clearly documented.
