TypeInitializationException on M1 chip

Reproduction steps

I had a bug report on my project about this.

this is the code that's failing on an M1 chip.

Expected behavior

I should have a new repo created and an initial commit made. This works fine on my intel chip.

Actual behavior

This is the exception that gets thrown

Reproduziere den Fehler in der gemeldeten macOS 12.1 arm64-Umgebung mit GitSetup in Utilities.cs und untersuche anschließend LibGit2Sharp.Core.NativeMethods sowie den Aufrufpfad durch NewDomainProjectCommand.cs und NewExampleCommand.cs. Erledigt ist die Aufgabe, wenn Repository.Init und der initiale Commit auf einem M1-Chip ohne die TypeInitializationException erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.
