Corrupted Manifest File

Reproduction steps

Empty VSTO Project for Word on Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2019.
Use NuGet to install libgit2sharp. Start Word via F5

Expected behavior

Add-in should still work.

Actual behavior

Add-in does not work. Word gives an error message saying that the manifest file .dll.manifest is corrupted and it should not contain relative urls.

0.26.2

The error refers to the relative url in this element of the xml:

There is one of these element blocks for every folder in the lib folder.

Reproduce the problem with the empty Word VSTO project on Windows 10, Visual Studio 2019, .NET 4.7.2, and LibGit2Sharp 0.26.2. Inspect .dll.manifest, especially the file entries under lib, and verify that the resulting manifest contains no relative URLs and that the Word add-in still works when started with F5.
