Reproduction steps
Use this repo:
IgnoreBug.zip
I cannot recreate the issue from scratch. But using the zip content it works.
Expected behavior
The file is ignored, the repository show up as RepositoryStatus should show up as IsDirty = false.
Actual behavior
The file is not ignored and show up as untracked. The property IsDirty on RepositoryStatus is true.
