[Slave] Rework Slave build script

Description
Note raspberry pi slave is not a nuttx slave so we need to rework the script in such a way to incorporate non nuttx slaves. Maybe have a parent build_slave script that calls the relevant build script based on dep. So in the case its a nuttx slave it will call the build_nuttx_slave script.

Research direction
Locate the existing Slave build script and inspect how it selects or assumes NuttX dependencies. Compare that flow with the Raspberry Pi slave, then evaluate the proposed build_slave parent script and build_nuttx_slave split. Done means non-NuttX slaves build through the parent entry point while NuttX slaves still use their relevant script.
