cv2 It cannot run on Android.

Commencez par reproduire l’exemple Python fourni sur Android et examinez le traceback de cv2/__init__.py, en particulier l’erreur indiquant l’absence de config.py. Le problème est résolu lorsque la même application peut importer cv2 et s’exécuter sans l’échec du chargeur OpenCV.
