`keybase prove github` in purgatory

Start by reproducing `keybase prove github` with the reported GitHub account and compare the command output with the profile at https://keybase.io/elimisteve. Trace the proof state from the existing proof error to the missing profile proof; done means the GitHub proof completes and appears on the Keybase profile.
