My google search did not reveal one yet.
If my memory is correct, around [1984](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MATLAB#History), Matlab was in C. [Jack Little](https://kr.mathworks.com/company/aboutus/founders/jacklittle.html), one of [co-founders](https://kr.mathworks.com/company/aboutus/founders.html) of the Mathworks converted from the original Fortran versions.
Other than that, possibly [GNU Octave](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_Octave) seems to be in C/C++ and Fortran.
