Make patchwork able to run only on a specific set of selected text

Right now, patchwork runs on an entire file. It would be nice if, instead of this, patchwork would run either on the entire file, if nothing is selected, or only on the selection, if there is one.

Start by locating the CoffeeScript entry point that runs patchwork and inspect how Atom exposes the current text selection. Verify the behavior for both no selection and a selected range, with completion meaning patchwork operates on exactly the intended file or selection.
