Run with open-energy-modeling-benchmarks

Our claim, and that of @Opt-Mucca, is that the energy modeling benchmarks are "bad" (numerically).

We should quantify this.

The resolution for this issue is a report that summaries the set of issues that MathOptAnalyzer can find in these instances.

Start by reviewing the open-energy-modeling-benchmarks instances linked in the issue and the MathOptAnalyzer.jl entry points used to analyze instances. Run the analyzer across the benchmark set, then produce a report summarizing the issues it finds; completion means the benchmark collection has been covered and the findings are documented.
