Run React-lua tests in CI

This is blocked by Jest-lua; we are waiting on Roblox to release their repo.

We want to run the React-lua test cases in CI with Jest. This would be a significant achievement for the project, as it would be the very first substantial Roblox package to run its tests in GitHub CI without mocking any Roblox environment.
