Add reader for IDR data

Description
We should submit the data used in these scripts to [IDR](https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/about/api.html), [BioStudies](https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/), or [Dryad](http://datadryad.org). Once that's done, these scripts should be updated to download the data directly from those repositories' APIs.
