App crashing whenver trying to connect to RND

Hi, I have tried all the solution which I found on the internet but I am not able to connect to RND.
Whenever my app is lauching it is crashing and in the RND it show dubugger connected for a second and then the app closes or crash.
React Native Debugger app version: 0.11.9
React Native version: 0.63.4
Platform: Android
