Need Redux DevTools settings to set custom server

There is no way currently to access the Redux DevTools settings. I want to be able to select the option for "Use custom (local) server" and set a host name and port. In my case, I want to set it to localhost:8000. Could this be a feature request?

If the settings UI is not surfaced in the React Native Debugger, is there another way to set this?

Start by tracing the Redux DevTools integration in the React Native Debugger and locating where debugger settings are exposed. Add a way to choose the custom local server and configure its host and port, then verify the setting works on Windows with the requested localhost:8000 configuration.
